True Blue Tackle is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, True Blue Tackle will gladly exchange or issue a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please call (516) 765-3384 before shipping and to request a Return Authorization Code.  Products cannot be returned without an authorization code.  Products returned should be in their original packaging.  Items may not be used before they are returned.  Shipping of a product back to True Blue Tackle is customers responsibility.

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify True Blue Tackle at once.  Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so.  This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.  All claims for damaged goods must be made with the shipping company within 10 days of the invoice date.
